Day Trading Video 1-4-08

The below day trading video is from my Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) long trade. I purchased 600 shares of ADM at $46.32. I saw good tape action when ADM was able to successfully clear its two-day high. I rode ADM pretty much too the high of the day and successfully exited the trade when she began to roll. Today my day trading activities included Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) and Radioshack Corp (RSH) for a total gain of $187.90. RSH was down over 4% when I bought the false break at $15 at 11am. This trade felt somewhat risky, as I was going not only against Radioshack's primary trend, but also against the market at large. But the tape felt good to me, and it was evident that the shorts could not get through $15 convincingly. So, I bought 1,000 shares at $14.96 and was able to sell 500 shares at $15.04, 250 shares at $15.15 and 250 shares at $15.14. My day trading has been much better in the last two weeks, as I have been able to judge the tape with more accuracy.
