Introduction to Present Value - Part 2

The speaker continues his explanation of the present value of money in this second part of the series.  He walks through real life examples and explains his thought process on how to compare these various scenarios.  These scenarios assume that an individual would receive different cash flow at different points in time.  He integrates the risk free rate of return to make the comparison.
