Periodic FIFO LIFO Recap

The speaker covers the periodic method of inventory valuation using LIFO and FIFO.  FIFO assumes that sales are matched up against goods which were first produced.  LIFO assumes the opposite; the goods produced last will be matched up against the first goods sold.  She suggests that FIFO will undervalue the ending inventory account in the balance sheet.
