Definition of Buy and Hold Strategy

Quick video explaining the definition of the buy and hold strategy.  The premise of a buy and hold strategy is to purchase a financially sound, household name, such as IBM and hold it for the long run.  Rather than focusing a great deal of time and energy reading charts and checking stock prices every day, buy and hold positions will be sold off when the company turns financially sour.
