Pullback Chart Example

The trader talks about a pullback buy signal which occurs when the stock is in a good uptrend and pulls back to its uptrend line.  This is where traders will add to their existing position or even initiate a new position.  On the flip side, short sellers will look to buy to cover their short position on these pullbacks from the uptrend.
