The CNN special reviews the fraud perpetrated at Societe General by a rogue trader who took enormous risks and lost over a billion dollars.  This trader circumvented control procedures to avoid having this risky trade from being found.  Unfortunately, when it was found, the trade had gone the other way and mounted up serious losses.
