The speaker discusses how he uses volume analysis to help with trading the emini S&P futures. He believes that volume is the most under utilized indicator out there and he uses it as a confirming indicator to help him identify high probability turning points and avoid being whipsawed.
He created a custom volume histogram which works well for day traders who use tick charts. The proprietary volume indicator allows him the spot churning activity which tends to lead to changes in trend. He also covers low churn bars and low volume bars which are not low churn bars.
